An overarching goal of Mount St. Mary’s University and the Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business is to develop ethical leaders of tomorrow. For over 200 years Mount St. Mary’s University has produced graduates who bring a code of ethical and moral character from our mountain to the world at large.     The Bolte School sponsors several clubs and organizations: from major specific student clubs and honor societies to interactive events and experiential opportunities.

    The Bolte School encourages students to seek internship opportunities through the Career Center to extend their classroom learning and to enhance their attractiveness to prospective employees. Students have found jobs and internships with top firms such as the “Big Four”—PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, Ernst & Young and KPMG—as well as regional and local public accounting firms.

  • BB&T Center

    The BB&T Center for the Study of the Moral Foundations of Capitalism promotes student, faculty, community, and corporate discussions about the political, social, and economic strengths and challenges inherent in capitalism.

  • Palmieri Center

    The Palmieri Center for Entrepreneurship is an innovative student resource that provides skill building, mentorship and real-world experiences vital to the development of creative critical thinking.
