Meeting Facilities

Our beautifully appointed facilities can accomodate meetings and conferences for groups ranging in size from 10 to 500 people.

Meeting Rooms Our meeting and conference rooms primarily consist of classroom space that can be configured based on your preferences. Our largest classroom can accommodate approximately 45 people. Each classroom is equipped with a multi-media podium, internet access and an overhead LCD projector. 

Auditoriums - Our two auditoriums offer meeting space for larger groups.
Laughlin Auditorium can accommodate approximately 120 people and is located in the center of our Academic Quad. 
Marion Burk Knott Auditorium can comfortably seat 520 people and offers convenient parking and easy access to the highway. Both auditoriums are equipped with a sound system and overhead LCD projector.
