Approximately 500 Mount alumni, friends and distinguished guests attended the Bicentennial Gala at the New York Athletic Club on October 20, 2007.  The Honorable James P. Courtney, Jr., C'60 read the Proclamation recognizing October 20, 2007 as Mount St. Mary's Day in New York City.
