I tried using Webmail to access my Mount email from an off-campus location. It got as far as saying “Loading,” but my messages never appeared.

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer, and that you are going to the "email.msmary.edu" web address. Also, make sure that pop-ups are allowed for this site.

If you get any error messages regarding security, click “Proceed.”  Https is a secure connection; it’s used, for example, for online banking.  When your inbox comes up, you will notice a yellow padlock icon in the lower right corner.
