Can you fix my PC?

The Helpdesk supports only student laptops that were originally purchased under the Mount's Student Laptop program which ended in Spring 2009. In those cases, we offer full local support for both hardware (acting as your agent with Dell) and software. Loaners are available if your laptop will take some time to repair.

Computers that are not part of the original Student Laptop program are the responsibility of the student for repairs to both hardware and software. Please see http://www.msmary.edu/laptop for more information.
