Help Desk
The help desk is here to answer questions, resolve problems and support students, faculty and administrative staff members of the Mount in their use of the campus computer network and telecommunications system.
Students who participated in the Laptop Program can receive help with networking issues, some software problems and diagnosis of hardware problems with repairs via Dell if needed. Loaner laptops are available if necessary for repairs taking longer than a day or so.
Beginning with Fall 2009, student computers not part of the original Student Laptop program will not be supported. Computers accessing our networks must have up to date operating system, applications, and antivirus software or they will be quarantined until those minimums are met.
Employees of the Mount who need assistance with e-mail can address their questions to the help desk.
Operated by Mount staff and trained student personnel, the help desk is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
