Resident Assistants
Resident Assistants and Desk Assistants in Residence Life have many opportunities to work with staff, faculty and student leaders to make the residence halls an exciting and beneficial place to live. The primary goals of all staff is to inspire student development and to assist students in developing a sense of personal and community responsibility within their hall and after they leave the Mount.
