Terrace Renovation The Terrace Renovation will serve as a transforming experience in which the residential core of our institution will be renovated into a contemporary residence hall housing 425 students. The sense of history that lives within the Terrace will be remembered while a look to our third century will be embraced. The project started on May 15, 2008. Between now and August 2010, many stages will occur to complete this project. In the end, the Terrace will have a sprinkler system, two elevators, air conditioning, new floors, a chapel, carpet in the hallways, new walls, new lighting, a fitness room, numerous lounges and new bathrooms.
