Terrace

The Terrace, a focal point of the campus, was recently renovated with air conditioning, an elevator, new lounges, fitness center and the Kane Chapel on the lower level.

The Terrace Complex is one of the focal points of campus. It houses Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Senior Students. It is one building complex comprising the following halls:

• Brute: Brute Hall Terrace is home to about 150 students. Renovations in this building were completed Fall 2010. Type of bedrooms in Brute: 2-Person Rooms, 3-Person Rooms and 4-Person Rooms. This building will be equipped with an elevator. Those living in this building will have new rooms, bathrooms, floors and furniture. 
• McCaffrey: McCaffrey Hall is home to approximately 170 students. The McCaffrey renovations were completed in October 2009 and those living in this building have new rooms, bathrooms, floors, furniture and lounges. This building is also equipped with an elevator.  Type of bedrooms in McCaffrey: 2-Person Rooms, 3-Person Rooms, 4-Person Rooms and 8-Person Suites
• DuBois: DuBois Hall is home to about 97 students. This building was the first to be renovated which was completed in December 2008. Those living in this building will have new rooms, bathrooms, floors and furniture. Type of bedrooms in DuBois: 2-Person Rooms, 3-Person Rooms, 4-Person Rooms and 5-Person Suites
• Bradley: Students residing in Bradley Hall live on the 4th floor of this administration building. This unique residence hall is shared by faculty and staff which gives the students a direct link to the professors and administrators that they work with while they attend the Mount. It will be home to mainly freshmen female students living in 2-Person Rooms and Single Rooms.
• Annex: The Annex is home to approximately 32 students. Type of rooms in Annex: 3-Person Suites, 4-Person Suites and 5-Person Suites

Accommodations
All of these residence halls are secured using the MOUNTcard door entry system. The Terrace Complex has a new front desk which is in use. Students and guests have to check in at this front desk located in the new main entrance of the building, McCaffrey ground floor. Each room contains an extra long twin bed (39” x 80”), a desk/chair, dresser, and a closet for each resident of the room. Cable TV and Internet access are also provided.

Laundry
The Terrace Complex has a  free laundry facility located below McCaffrey Ground Floor, which is also used by Annex residents. Bradley Hall residents also have a free laundry facility located on the 4th floor where they reside. Click here to explore the exciting world of LaundryView!

Mailboxes
All student mailboxes are located in the McGowan Center next to the Barnes and Noble Bookstore.

Parking
Freshmen/Sophomores can park in Parking Lot 12 on East Campus. Juniors/Seniors can park in Lot 7 or Lot 10 as noted on the campus map.
