Terrace Renovation Updates - Here!

The Terrace is one of the focal points of campus. It houses Freshman, Sophomores and Junior Students. It is one building comprising the following halls:

Brute
Brute Hall in the Terrace is home to 172 students.

Basil
Basil Hall in the Terrace is home to 57 students. It is part of one of the oldest residence halls on our campus.

McCaffrey
McCaffrey in the Terrace is home to 130 students.

DuBois
DuBois Hall in the Terrace is home to 98 students.

Bradley
Bradley Hall in the Terrace is home to 65 students.

Bradley Annex
The Bradley Annex Suites are home to 32 students.  The Annex exclusively houses students in the LOFT program.

Accommodations
The Terrace is secured using the MOUNTcard door entry system. Each room contains an extra long twin bed (39” x 90”), a desk/chair, and a closet for each resident of the room. Cable TV and Internet access are provided.

Laundry
The free laundry facility is located below Brute Hall.  There is also a laundry facility in Bradley Hall.  www.laundryview.com

Mailboxes
All student mailboxes are located in the McGowan Center next to the Barnes and Noble Bookstore.

Parking
Parking is available to terrace residents in Lots 10 and 7.
