Terrace Renovation Updates - Here!

The Terrace is one of the focal points of campus. It houses Freshman, Sophomores and Junior Students. It is one building comprising the following halls:

Brute
Brute Hall in the Terrace is home to about 140 students. Renovations in this building will begin in the Spring 2010 semester.
Type of bedrooms in Brute: 2-Person Rooms, 3-Person Rooms and 4-Person Rooms

McCaffrey
McCaffrey in the Terrace is home to approximately 110 students. The first phase of McCaffrey renovations is complete for students moving in Fall 2009. Those living in this building will have new rooms, bathrooms, floors, furniture and lounges. This building is also equipped with an elevator that will be in use for the 2009-2020 academic year. The last phase of McCaffrey is in the building some refer to as Basil and that will be completed throughout the fall 2009 semester for students to move into in December 2009.

DuBois
DuBois Hall in the Terrace is home to about 97 students. This building was the first to be renovated which was completed in December 2008. Those living in this building will have new rooms, bathrooms, floors and furniture.

Bradley
Bradley Hall in the Terrace is home to 45 students and is located on the 4th Floor of Bradley in the same building where the President's Office, Admissions, the Registrar and Information Technology Offices are housed with many other offices located in there as well.

Annex
The Bradley Annex Suites are home to 32 students.  The Annex houses students in the LOFT program and non-LOFT students on different floors.
Type of rooms in Annex: 3-Person Suites, 4-Person Suites and 5-Person Suites

Accommodations
The Terrace is secured using the MOUNTcard door entry system and a new front desk was installed to begin use this year. Students and guests will have to check in at this front desk located in the new main entrance of the building, McCaffrey ground floor. Each room contains an extra long twin bed (39” x 80”), a desk/chair, dresser, and a closet for each resident of the room. Cable TV and Internet access are also provided.

Laundry
The free laundry facility is located below Brute Hall.  There is also a laundry facility in Bradley Hall for Bradley residents.

Mailboxes
All student mailboxes are located in the McGowan Center next to the Barnes and Noble Bookstore.

Parking
Parking is available to terrace residents in Lots 10 and 7 depending on class year.
