Graduate Housing Application

Graduate Housing is available in a University-owned house on East Campus by the ARCC. There is limited space available for both female and male graduate students. The Graduate House referred to above is a split level residence with female graduate students residing on the 2nd floor with their own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry facility to share among other female students residing there. The male graduate students reside on the 1st floor with their own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry facility to share among the other male students residing there. The cost for living on campus is subject to change each year and is updated on the University website each year at http://www.msmary.edu/admissions/tuition-and-fees.
* There is an additional room cost of $115 per semester for residence in the Graduate House which displays as a differential room rate.
