The mission of the Dean of Students is to support Mount St. Mary's University and the Division of Student Affairs by providing services, resources and advocacy for all of our students through creative problem-solving, community building, accountability and a demonstrated commitment to the Catholic, liberal arts mission of the University.

The Dean of Students fulfills this mission through the following offices: Career Services, Campus Activities, Intercultural Development, Health Services, Counseling Services, Residence Life and Orientation.  An outline of the organizational chart can be found here.
