Teambuilding and Leadership Development

This year CRUX was able to realize a long standing goal of having a low ropes course built on campus.  It was constructed over the past summer with the cooperation of CRUX leaders and a local challenge course company.  The CRUX staff look forward to working with groups on this course.

CRUX teambuilding and leadership development services are tailored workshops offered to the Mount community to assist organizations and individuals in developing group cohesiveness and self awareness.  This is done primarily through the utilization of challenge course activities.  The exploration of metaphors, engagement of focused discussions, and reflection on theoretical models that naturally arise throughout a workshop lead to powerful individual and collective learning outcomes.  Campus groups can schedule these sessions both here on campus (with portable low elements) and offsite (on a full service low and high ropes challenge course).
