Intramurals
The Intramural Sports program at Mount St. Mary’s University offers students, faculty, staff and administrators the opportunity to play against one another in a variety of sports leagues and tournaments. Intramural sports provide opportunities for participants to have fun and get exercise in a structured environment. Although many games are competitive, and winning the elusive Intramural Champion T-shirt is always a goal, the program’s points of emphasis remain sportsmanship and building a sense of community.
Participants in our program range from seasoned-athletes to novice players looking for fun. We offer a range of different intramural leagues (men’s, women’s and co-ed) and levels of competition (competitive and recreational), so everyone is sure to find an opportunity that suits them best.
Throughout a typical academic year, the program consists of four different intramural league seasons and various tournaments and special events. Some of the leagues/events that we have offered so far this year include…

Flag Football (Men's & Co-ed)
