Group Fitness
BODYPUMP® is a great way to get results fast!
Campus Recreation offers group fitness classes, not only to students but to the entire Mount community. Classes, such as BODYPUMP®, Kickboxing, Spin, PiYo, and Zumba®, are held in the our state-of-the-art Athletic Recreation Convocation Complex (ARCC).
The aerobics room on the main floor, which holds most of our classes, is equipped with weights, floor mats, cooling fans and full-length mirrors. And our new spin room allows us to offer well saught after spin classes for up to twelve participants.

Class Fees
Fees apply to all classes, but are discounted for Mount students.
Semester Unlimited Classes:
Mount Students = $10 per semester
Mount Community = $30
ARCC Members = $45
Non-members = $60
Walk-ins Welcome:
Mount Community = $3 per class
Members and Non-members = $5 per class
