BODYCOMBAT Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

Spin Time: 4:15p - 5:15p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:
Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy
CXWORX Time: 4:45p - 5:15p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:
A 30 minute workout that tightens and tones core muscles; improves functional strength for balance, mobility & injury prevention; and motivates you to step outside your comfort zone
Zumba Time: 5:20p - 6:20p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked. BODYPUMP Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:
This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast. Space is limited to 24 people per class. Get here early to sign in!
Pink Power Session II Time: 7:15p - 8:15p Location: PNC Fitness Center Details:
Ladies only strength training class held in the PNC Fitness Center. Registration required. Free to all female Mount Students. Space is limited to 10 participants.
