    • BODYPUMP Time: 12:30p - 1:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 24 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

      NCAA Division I Women's Swimming practice.

      Please watch for updates to this schedule as the team may or may not use the whole pool for these practices every day.

    • Zumba Time: 5:20p - 6:20p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked. Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

       
       
    • Spin Time: 6:00p - 7:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

       
       
    • BODYCOMBAT Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. 

       
       
    • Hydrofit Class & Lap Swim Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      Hydrofit is a deep and shallow water fitness class.

      1-3 lanes will be available for lap swimming only during this class.
