Locker Room Policy:
Children age 6 and older must use the same gender locker rooms and must be with the parent at all times. Please respect the privacy of those who do not wish children to be in the opposite gender locker room.

Parking Policy:
Parking lots A-F on the South side of the ARCC are available. Parking in “Reserved Parking” spaces could result in a ticket issued by our Public Safety Department. If you have special parking needs, please see the facility supervisor for details.

Refund Policy for all Aquatic Programs:
Refunds are only available when Mount St. Mary’s cancels a class.

Make-up Policy:
Make-ups are offered only when Mount St. Mary's cancels class.  In the case of private swimming lessons, a make-up class will be scheduled if Mount St. Mary's is given a minimum of 24 hours notice. Make-ups are subject to instructor and pool availability.

Inclement Weather Policy:
When Mount St. Mary’s University is closed, the ARCC and all its programs are canceled. If the university is not declared closed, but there is inclement weather, call (301) 447-7424 for a message. You will be informed of the make-up dates at your next class.
