EXPOSURE – Everything Under the Sun Eco-Tour to Costa Rica  

Trip Description

Get thoroughly exposed to a culture, to a sport, and to the sun in Costa Rica this spring break.  Traveling off the beaten path and away from tourist traps, participants will have a genuine immersion experience eco-tour style while learning to surf!  Hiking through a tropical jungle on the slopes of an active volcano, participants will be rewarded with a soak in hidden hot springs and an awe inspiring splash into the pool of a secluded hundred plus foot waterfall.  From there the group will head over to the Pacific Coast to take on the waves and enjoy unreal sunsets from the comfort of our posh beach house.  Active days surfing will be accentuated by warm friendly interactions with the locals and delicious meal after meal.  Of course no trip to Costa Rica would be complete without the highlight of screaming high above the trees on a zip line as part of a canopy tour.  This trip definitely has something for everyone!

• COST: $1,400 including airfare from Baltimore/DC area

• SPACES AVAILABLE: 8 participants total

• DATES: February 27^th – 7^th (Spring Break)

• REGISTRATION: A non-refundable $500 deposit is due by Oct. 10^th and the remaining balance will be due by December 1^st
