Interested in becoming a CRUX leader? We offer students an exhaustive and free leadership development program that provides training in the various technical, facilitation, medical and judgment skills necessary to become an adventure professional. No experience or prerequisites are required other than a willingness to learn, an open-minded attitude and an adventurous spirit. Our intensive training process begins annually over fall break. We typically interview and hire leaders twice per year, once in September and once in April. Here are some frequently asked questions about CRUX leadership, or contact us for more information.
