Banff Mountain Film Festival APRIL 24, 2010

CRUX welcomes the Banff Mountain Film Festival back to the Mount on April 24th! The festival features the year’s best epic films in mountaineers, rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, and more. This year’s tour will visit 285 cities in 30 countries across the globe, showcasing the most inspiring action, environmental, and adventure films of the past year. This exhilarating night is a provocative exploration of the mountain world, and the Mount Saint Mary’s Outdoor Adventure program is proud to host the festival once again.
Whether you are an armchair adventurer, a hardcore mountaineer, or somewhere in between, join us to celebrate these mountain ideas and accomplishments. With over three hours of heart-pounding films from some of the world’s most beautiful places, plus prize giveaways and live bluegrass music, this is one event you will not won’t want to miss!

Mount Students: $5 in advance; $13 at the door
General Admission:
Students and Children: $10 in advance; $13 at the door
Adults: $13 in advance, $16 at the door
