I understand,
-Meal Plans can only be changed through the first week of the semester. All changes
must be made in writing to the Mount Card office. You can got to the office to fill out
a new contract, send an email, fax, a written note, or go online to the www.msmary.edu website.
-At the end of the semester, any remaining FLEX dollars will be forfeited.
-Meals and FLEX Dollars can ONLY be used by the cardholder.
-If you choose to have no plan or choose a meal plan that is not available to you because
if your housing assignment, the Accounting and Finance office will automatically assign
you the Mountaineer PLan.
The undersigned has read the above and by selecting the meal plan of his/her choice, and
by singing this agreement, the student is herby bound and held liable in acccordance with
the terms and conditions.
