My name is Karen Barnes and I am the Mount Card Supervisor. The Mount card is your KEY to life at the Mount.It not only functions as the official University ID card but allows access to Dining Services other venues on campus. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your card, please contact me at 301-447-5348 or by e-mail at barnes@msmary.edu The office is located in Suite 325, Bradley Hall and the hours of operation are: Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Students:

Your Mount Card:

• gives access to residence halls
• is your membership card to the ARCC
• is your library card
• is your meal card
• is your payment card at the following locations:
  • Accounting Office
  • Campus Bookstore
  • Center for Instructional Technology
  • Concession stands
  • Dining Services venues
  • Mount Card Office
  • Office of Social Justice
  • Outdoor Adventures
  • Post Office
  • Public Safety
  • Select Vending Machines
  • Various Student Run Activities
  • Wellness Center

You can also link your Mount Card to your PNC Bank account so you can use it at any ATM. (Some fees may apply if using ATM's other than PNC)
You can manage your account online or via the IPhone or Android apps that are available free of charge.  (Must register at the online site to obtain a password.)

Parents: 
Feel safe knowing that your child's dorm is only accessible to Mount students. Add money to the card from the convenience of your computer. Unused funds will roll over from semester to semester (with the exception of Flex $'s which is part of the meal plan). Have your student grant you access to their online account and you can view their transactions, thus enabling them guidance with their funds.

Faculty & Staff: 
Your Mount Card gives you access to certain buildings and offices that have automatic door locks. Add money to your card for use in all the dining service areas, the bookstore, Recreational Services, and other locations. No need to carry cash or credit cards on campus when you have your Mount card. It is your Membership card to the ARCC. It acts as your Library card as well.
