Student Conduct
All students are responsible for reading The Code of Student Conduct, full alcohol policy, full sexual assault policy and community standards. You may review these policies by clicking on the appropriate links in this section of the website. The Code of Student Conduct is a full overview of the rights, responsiblities and discipline process for all students. The Community Standards outlines specific rights and responsibilities for resident students. The other options are meant to assist you in preparing for a judicial conference and to guide you in reporting misconduct.

Reporting Misconduct
Any member of the Mount community may report student misconduct that may be in violation of the Code of Student Conduct or Community Standards. The allegations shall be in writing and directed to the Dean of Students. Persons making such allegations are required to provide information pertinent to the case and may be expected to appear during judicial conference as the person making the charge. This is not confidential. Confidential reports can be made through Public Safety’s Silent Witness Statement.
You may report misconduct by:
- Emailing an incident form to the Dean of Students; or
- Calling the Dean of Students Office at (301) 447-5274
