On-Campus Recruiting
On-Campus interviews can be held during the academic year at the Career Center in Emmitsburg. More than 100 representatives from corporations, government agencies, social services and school systems visit the Mount each year to interview students. Online Job Posting
Employers can conveniently post employment opportunities online using our network College Central. College Central is a free, easy and quick way to post and manage job announcements. Students and alumni can apply directly to your postings, and you can search resumes and receive information about Career Center recruitment opportunities.



Internships
We can help you find motivated interns who will contribute to your organization's success while gaining the experience they need to complement their formal education. Designing an internship is fairly easy. It requires little paperwork and can be paid or unpaid, for credit or noncredit. Internships for credit can be arranged for any semester. Students must work at least 40 hours for each credit earned. Click here to register your organization and post available internships on College Central. Job Fairs
The Career Center coordinates an Internship and Job Fair on campus each Spring. This year's fair will be on Wednesday March 28 at 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm in Patriot Hall. *Registration for this year's Internship and Job Fair is now closed. 

The Mount also cosponsors several consortium fairs with the Cumberland Valley Consortium (CVC) and the Maryland Career Consortium (MCC).

Information Sessions
Employers can conduct information sessions on their organizations, internship and job opportunities, and the application process. Contact the Recruiting Coordinator, Andrea Keller, at 301-447-5202 to schedule.

Recruiting Tables
Your organization can host a recruiting table in our dining hall between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. To reserve a date and table, please contact the Recruiting Coordinator at 301-447-5202.
