Internship and Job Fair

Volunteer Service Fair

On-Campus Recruiting (OCR)
The Career Center invites employers to participate in interviewing our students for employment or internships. We use an online recruitment service through College Central Network. You will be able to review resumes, pre-select candidates for jobs and/or internships and see your interview schedule electronically. If you would like to participate in the On-Campus Recruiting program you can begin by registering on College Central Network. Company information sessions can also be arranged for employers to share information with prospective students and generate interest in the company or industry. For more information contact the recruiting coordinator.

Resume Referral
This program allows you the flexibility to post your openings on our site through College Central Network and to receive resumes from interested students. Our students select organizations, based on their research and interest, and submit resumes directly to you for your consideration. You may notify those candidates you wish to pursue to arrange an interview at your site. For more information contact Susanne Maruskin, recruiting coordinator.

Job Fairs
As a member of the Cumberland Valley Consortium (CVC), the Career Center sponsors several job fairs and events throughout the year, including a volunteer fair, a virtual fair and an internship and job fair. If you are interested in participating please contact us for more information.

The Mount Internship and Job Fair will take place annually in March between 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. If you are interested in the fair, contact the assistant director, at 301-447-5202. There is no charge for organizations to participate.

Job & Internship Postings
To post a job or internship with the Career Center and to search for qualified candidates go to College Central Network to register or contact us directly

Internships
If you are interested in contributing to the development of a Mount student while also benefiting your company's success, then consider offering an internship. Designing an internship is not a difficult process and requires little paperwork. Internships for credit can be arranged for the Fall, Spring or Summer semesters. For more information about our internship program or to post an opening, contact our internship coordinator.
