Soller Kancho

Dan S. Soller is the founder of the Phoenix Karate-Do Association and the Mount St. Mary’s Karate Club. He remains active and serves as the organization’s Kancho (Chairman & Chief Instructor). Kancho Soller, now with almost 40 years of karate experience, continues to teach regularly at the Mount’s small dojo and enjoys a worldwide reputation.  Perhaps unique among world class high ranking instructors, Kancho is also a successful higher education executive and serves as Executive Vice President of Mount St. Mary’s University.  He has students around the globe and a number of graduates from the Mount program serve in senior leadership positions within the Phoenix organization.
