Check Request Form
Please ensure you have the correct information for your Advisor and Contact Person. All information pertaining to clubs is sent to these people, including budget request information.
Would you like a table at the involvment fair? (Sept 2, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Set up starts at 1:30 p.m.)*
You must submit your updated/new club constitution to SGA@msmary.edu within 2 weeks of the club forming for it to be in good standing and eligible for funding.

Checks are cut on Mondays. All check requests must be submitted to the SGA Treasurer by Tuesday at 5:00pm the week prior to the week you need the check. There will be no exceptions made to this timeline.

Check requests must have receipts, invoice or contract submittted in order to process the check.
