This form must be completely filled out and submitted to Campus Activities within the first three weeks of each semester along with a current copy of the organization’s constitution and operational budget request form for the semester. Organizations that fully comply with the process and timeline will continue to be recognized as a Registered Student Organization and be extended the privileges of reserving space on campus, posting information, and applying for funding through the Student Government Association. For new organizations that submit the required documents after the first three weeks will be considered a Pending Student Organization and will be extended the privileges of reserving space and posting information on campus.
