Student Organization - Community Service Completion Form


All organizations that wish to apply for funding through SGA must complete a service project each semester in which at least half of the membership must be present throughout a minimum of a 3 hour project. Service projects should be coordinated through the office of Community Service and can be done for either on campus or off campus needs. This should be submitted to Campus Activities upon completion of the service project.
