Group Purpose:  The purpose of the Environmental Club is to be active in protecting the environment on campus and in daily life as well to promote awareness to others about the importance to keeping our environment healthy. We have educational events each year during earth week and at club days to share our message with the Mount community. We strongly support our campus recycling program, keeping our campus beautiful by keeping it litter-free, using cleaner burning fuels, using campus energy efficiently, and we believe that as a Catholic University we have a moral obligation to God to be stewards to the environment.
