The Holidays December flew by so fast! It seems like yesterday we were moving in. Now, there is snow on the ground and we can see our breath as we walk to class. My finals went great, all five of them. I finished my first semester at the Mount with a 3.523. When you figure in all the other things I participated in, that's not too shabby at all! I still love it here, and I even have some more free time since rugby has taken a slight break. We're going to jumping back into it soon after the break, preparing for our trip to Argentina for a tournament. Before we left for break, the Mount threw an awesome winter formal, the Christmas Dance. Everyone dressed up and had a great time in Patriot Hall, and partying with friends. The Mount definitely knows how to have a good time! As part of my free time over break, I went to New York City, which is just amazing during the holiday season. I took my friend Kayleigh for her birthday, and we traveled the city doing as we wish. I threw some pictures in here too for your pleasure. I am excited for what is in store for the next semester. I am taking Mass Media, to go towards my journalism major, and throwing an accounting class in there to fill a credit, and learn a thing or two about how to handle my money! |
