Enrollment Certifications

To request a letter certifying enrollment, please provide the following information to the seminary registrar:

  • Student’s full name
  • Social Security number/student I.D.
  • Applicable information to be stated in the letter
  • Name and address to whom the letter should be addressed

Requesting Completion of Verification Forms

To request completion of verification forms, please deliver the forms to the seminary registrar’s office, having completed the appropriate student portions. One must allow 3-5 days from the date of receipt of the request in the seminary registrar’s office for processing of letters/forms.

Notice: It is the student’s responsibility to mail the verification letter or form to the appropriate agency. For those on campus the enrollment verification letter and/or verification forms will be put into the student’s mailbox – those off campus should provide information regarding to whom the verification letter should be sent, including mailing address or fax number.
