Coming Soon – The Parents’ Walkway

Fr. Oravetz (L) and Fr. Kenney (R) are the co-chairmen of the Parents' Walkway Committee.

Construction will begin in the spring 2012 on a Parents’ Walkway at the Seminary to be located near the fountain area outside the O’Donnell Lecture Hall. The Walkway will be a tribute to the parents, grandparents and loved ones of Seminary alumni and members of the Seminary community. Naming gift opportunities, including granite bricks and benches, will be available.  Msgr. Steven P. Rohlfs, S.T.D., Rector, has announced that Father C. Douglas Kenney, C’95, S’99, and Father Robert F. Oravetz, S’97, members of the Rector’s Council, have already agreed to serve as Co-chairmen. Msgr. Rohlfs noted. “I am very grateful to Father Kenney and Father Oravetz for their willingness to help us with this important project.”
