VA Benefits

• Mount St. Mary’s Seminary is authorized by the Maryland State Board for Higher Education to accept veterans who have met the admissions standards of the seminary.
  
• Veterans are required to abide by the regulations of the Department of Veterans Affairs as well as those of the Mount. VAR #14236 requires institutions to determine academic need prior to veteran certification in tutorial programs.
  
• The registrar for Mount St. Mary’s University serves as the VA certifying official. Newly enrolled students who are eligible to receive veteran benefits should contact the Office of the University Registrar, in Bradley Hall, at the outset of their studies.
