Be aware that you will not be able to electronically save your responses on the pdf application form.

Please print the "official applcation form" as a single-sided document, and sign the form before submitting it with the other required documents for your application.

Timely submission of the admission packet materials is very important. The Admissions Committee starts early in the spring semester reviewing files of admission candidates for the following academic year.  Upon acceptance you will receive further forms to complete and information which will be helpful to you as a new seminarian.
