Peggy Noonan

Peggy Noonan is a columnist for The Wall Street Journal and the best-selling author of several books on American politics, history and culture. Her latest, Patriotic Grace, published by HarperCollins in 2008, calls for leaders to “summon us to greatness and unity, as they did in the long struggles against fascism and communism.” Noonan eloquently writes, “We must try to reclaim our unity, leave behind our bitterness and blame…and try again to be alive to what the people really long for: forgiveness and grace, maturity and wisdom.” Her essays have appeared in Forbes, Time, Newsweek, the Washington Post, the New York Times and other publications.
