Based in Purchase, N.Y., PepsiCo ranks as the world's fourth-largest food and beverage company, which includes Frito-Lay Company, Pepsi-Cola Company, Tropicana Products, The Quaker Oats Company and Gatorade. Mr. McKenna leads PepsiCo’s capital planning, review process, tax strategy, planning and compliance. He serves on the board of directors of Foot Locker, Inc., Pepsi-Americas, Inc., Pepsi Bottling Ventures, Hamilton College and Purchase College of the State University of New York. Mr. McKenna earned his J.D. and LL.M. degrees at Georgetown University, and is an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School and Fordham Business School.
