Experiences Project Y.E.S runs to “experiences” gears towards empowering specific target participants. Each of these experiences is run by a team of 2- 4 well trained mentors. The experiences can be customized with regards to content, location, and duration. Women's Empowerment Experience The Women's Empowerment Experience is aimed at empowering young women in high school to take control of their finances. It teaches them topics in the areas of financial literacy, ethical investing, and leadership skills. Control over ones finances is a necessary step towards becoming a leader in society. This experience is designed to empower young women to start taking control of their financial future. Future Leader Empowerment Experience The Leader Empowerment Experience is aimed towards middle school students. It is an eight-ten week after school experience centered around running a business. The program runs over an 8-10 week period, and can be customized based around a school's schedule. Students learn success skills, leadership skills, and business ethics. Also, students will develop a basic business acumen during the experience. All experiences are highly interactive, and thoughtfully crafted to pertain with participants current lives. The goal of the experience is for students to gain confidence, and encourage them contemplating the implications of all their actions.
