Who: Mount St. Mary’s University What: Wellness Expo 2009 at the Mount The 4 hour expo will be packed with activities: a basketball tournament, seated massages, a stress management seminar, sample aquatic exercise classes, fitness classes, a self defense seminar, a Jiu Jitsu demonstration, children's activities, door prizes, and will feature local vendors offering free information and products. Flu shots available for $25. Bring the whole family to the ARCC for a wonderful Saturday afternoon filled with activities designed to promote healthy lifestyle choices! The Expo is FREE and open to the public
