Recent Open House for Graduate and Degree Completion Programs

Mount St. Mary’s, Frederick held an Open House in October for prospective students. Faculty members from business, accounting & economics, education and sociology were on hand along with staff to answer questions and schedule in-depth degree audits.

The evening also featured the program “Are you Ready for Life after the Squad Car?” focused on individuals currently working in law enforcement. Recognizing that many can retire in their early 40s, the program was designed to encourage officers to complete their college degree through the Mount’s accelerated degree completion program. Guest speakers from the CIA and Nuclear Regulatory Commission provided overviews of their agencies and the value of having a college degree.
