Mount Awards 2006-07 Bishops’ Scholarships Seven members of the class of 2010 have received this merit-based scholarship, which gives Catholic Bishops in specific dioceses the opportunity to recognize the academic and community service achievements of high school students accepted to the Mount. In order to qualify for the scholarship, recipients of the Bishop’s Scholarship must be accepted applicants to the university, have a 3.0 GPA and an 1100 SAT (CR and Math combined), and write a 500-word essay. The following are the 2006-07 recipients of the Bishops’ Scholarship Program: Archdiocese of Baltimore, Md.: Antonette Amato, a member of St. Joseph, Fullerton Parish and graduate of Notre Dame Prep Diocese of Camden, NJ: P.
