My voice mail says it is protected. What does this mean?

This means that someone has tried to access your voice mail using a password that is not correct.  After ten tries, the system thinks that you are tampering with it and locks you out.  Solution:  Call x4357 and press option 2 and ask to have protection removed.  Be sure that you remember what the password was that you set or ask the technician to reset it if you have forgotten.
