  1. Where should I save documents when working in a computer lab?

  1. I tried using Webmail to access my Mount email from an off-campus location. It got as far as saying “Loading,” but my messages never appeared.
  2. I use Outlook. How can I add a Public folder icon to my Outlook Bar so that I can easily see when new messages arrive, and access them?  
  3. I use Outlook Web Access. How do I access the new announcement and discussion Public folders?
