Wellness Center
The mission of the center is grounded in the philosophy that health and counseling services in an academic community should be primarily developmental and preventative. Thus, using a holistic approach, we welcome the opportunity to be a resource for Mount students as they deal with the physical, emotional and psychological challenges associated with the transition from adolescence to young adulthood. The services and programs of the Wellness Center are intended to facilitate the intellectual, emotional, relational, physical and spiritual development of Mount St. Mary’s students and help them become healthy, responsible, effective individuals and contributing members of a thriving and diverse community. |
