The Pre-Law Society

The Pre-Law Society (PLS) is a student organization devoted to assisting students who plan to attend law school. 

Last year, the PLS sponsored the following events:

• A panel discussion by law school admissions officers
• A series of law-related movies, followed by discussion by faculty experts
• A field trip to Dickinson Law School
• The Children and the Law panel discussion
• A guest lecture on immigration law by Dickinson law professor Victor Romero
• Book discussion groups
• An evening talk by Mount alums currently in law school

The PLS is co-moderated by Dr. Marcia McKinley of the psychology department and Dr. Richard Buck of the philosophy department.  For more information, contact
