ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES MINOR

The environmental studies minor combines courses in biology and philosophy with choices in chemistry, economics, history, political science, psychology and criminal justice. The minor is available to all students, regardless of major. Students in the program must complete either a research project, internship or independent study.

Program faculty are eager to help with academic and career advising, including plans for graduate study. Please contact a faculty member or the program directors if you have questions.

Declaration of minor forms are available through the registrar's office.

Other enviromental curricular programs are available, including an environmental science major. Students may also work with a faculty mentor to create a custom-designed environmental studies major.
