Accounting

The accounting curriculum focuses on the current theories and practices of the accounting profession. The content is designed to prepare majors to work effectively in a broad range of organizational positions requiring specialization in accounting.

In 2007, the Mount will also be introducing a 150-hour option that culminates in both undergraduate and MBA degrees with a major in accounting. The five-year program provides the 150 hours students need to sit for the Maryland CPA exam.
