Answers to Prayers at The Grotto

“For everyone who asks receives; and the one who seeks, finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” Mt. 7:8 Every prayer is heard and answered. The essence of prayer is to discern God's Will for us in the details of our life. Our Lord leaves clues and leads us gently to a deeper union with Him.

On the Prayer to the Infant Jesus of Prague, Susan W. writes: “Once again this prayer has helped me with my request and helped my boy friend find employment after three years of looking.

“I was facing some problems and was going through some files when this prayer fell out on the table. As soon as I saw it I said ‘there is my answer and help,’ and sure enough, it was the strength I needed.”

Barbara W. was supported through liver problems by the Blessed Mother. She writes: “My medication has been reduced but I still feel I need Our Mother’s help. I honestly feel that she knows my children need me. I asked for help and I know she is still keeping me well.”

Lucy P. found comfort in reciting the Memorare, and she writes: “I have been saying the Memorare for the past seven months in petition for a favor. A couple of weeks ago after our visit to the Grotto my prayers were answered.”

Testimonials will be updated monthly. If you have had an experience while at the Grotto or have had your prayers answered after visiting and praying at the Grotto and would like to be a part of this message of hope, please send your story in writing to (we will use first name only).
