Experiential Leadership Programs

A large part of life at the Mount is learning leadership skills that will help you both personally and professionally. University leadership development programs are experiential in nature – you learn while doing and build upon your academics in a more hands-on way.

Lead the Way

We take leadership seriously and want you to have the opportunity to do the same in a way that suits your personality and interests. Check out our experiential leadership programs that will have you building out programming, supporting other students and making an impact.

Help plan all of the major events and activities on campus from concerts and block parties, to game nights and piano bars.

  • Christos Leaders

Guide other students in living their faith through a leadership program that invites everyone to celebrate faith and become closer to God.

  • P.E.A.C.E.

Build a more inclusive world by advocating for equality and inclusion on campus, and by educating others on how to foster a more culturally competent world.

  • CORE
