Dean's Circle of Excellence – Nomination Form

The Dean's Circle of Excellence is intended to recognize distinguished alumni of the Mount, particularly those who have had significant accomplishments in their community or in their professional field. 

Dean’s Circle of Excellence honorees will be inducted at a special annual event held on campus in the spring. The deadline for final submission of a nomination is December 31.

Criteria:

Ordinarily, nominees for induction will:

1. Have received an undergraduate or graduate degree from the Mount at least 10 years prior to the date of induction.
2. Have actively shown support for the Mount since graduation.
3. Exemplify one or more of the Mount’s pillars: Faith, Discovery, Leadership, and Community.
